About
Executive Speaker andBelief Architect
Dee's work sits at the intersection of self-belief, psychological resilience and strategic decision-making. She strengthens internal authority — the ability to regulate emotions, trust your judgement, and make decisive moves when it matters most.

Long before she stood on a stage in Dubai, Dee was rebuilding a life that had come apart. She does not tell that story for sympathy; she tells it because it is where the method came from. In the middle of it, she started noticing something she could not unsee — that the collapse had a shape, and the shape repeated. The same was true of the recovery.
That observation became Predictive Leadership™: a way of reading the patterns that sit beneath how a person thinks, decides and leads. Not personality tests, not frameworks borrowed from somewhere else. Patterns drawn from what a leader actually does under pressure, held up so they can finally be examined.
Today she advises founders, boards and executive teams facing choices with consequences — scale, succession, reinvention, exit. The work is rarely about new information. It is about the nerve to act on what is already known, and the internal authority that makes that nerve reliable rather than occasional.
“It is never too late to change your life. Self-investment is key, and mindset is everything.”
The path
Origins
Belgrade
Trained in law at the Faculty of Law, University Union in Belgrade — an education in structure, evidence and argument that still shapes how she reads a room.
The turn
From trauma to triumph
A personal collapse became the material for the method. Rebuilding belief from the ground up taught her that resilience is not a temperament — it is a practice with observable patterns.
Today
Dubai
Executive Strategic Advisor and Founder of Predictive Leadership™, working with founders, boards and executive teams across the Gulf and Europe.
How she works
Self-belief is infrastructure
Not motivation. The load-bearing structure under every hard call a leader makes.
Resilience is psychological, not performative
Regulating the nervous system is a leadership skill, and it is trainable.
Decisions reveal patterns
Show her a year of a leader's decisions and the pattern is already visible.
